Anti-wear performance of our rubber-steel liner for Ball mill 7.32 x 12m

The rubber-steel mill liner developed by H&G and our rubber lining partner has reached 18 months of service life in ball mill(DIA7.32*12 meters) for Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co.,LTD.

Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co.,LTD had been using chromium-molybdenum steel liner provided by METSO, the service life is about 12-14 months.

The use of H&G rubber-steel composite liner not only improves the service life of the liner, but also reduces the grinding ball's consumption by 48%, which has significant economic benefits.

The steel part of the composite liner is made of high chromium cast iron, the hardness is 620-650HB, and the impact toughness is 4.5J/cm².
