H&G workshop covers 39,000 square meters, with the standard plant area 21,000 square meters, annual production capacity reaches 30,000 metric tons. Our factory equipped with 2 sand casting spare parts lines, 2 automatic grinding ball lines and one lost foam line for cast iron.

Advanced heat treatment technique and comprehensive quality control system guarantee a stable and continuous quality. H&G heat-treat process including oil quenching, air quenching and water quenching, Per different material quenching requirements.
We have a comprehensive test equipment and tools, including Spectrometer, Rockwell Test, Impact Test, Tensile Test etc.
In 2019-2020, we improved original 2 sanding casting lines to resin water glass hardening process, the inductive furnace enlarged to 4T/Pour, which enable us to producing big liners for SAG and Crusher Jaw Plate, Mantle & Concave.
In 2017, our company invested in a fully automatic production line of casting grinding media.

In 2012, H&G Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established, a wholly owned sales subsidiary, intending to develop international trading business.
In 2008, renamed as Xuzhou H&G Wear Resistant Co., Ltd., 4 medium frequency furnace production lines, 2 furnace annealing equipment, and 2 oil quenching harden equipment were put into production.
In 2002, our factory moved to Liu Bang Industrial Park, 12,000 square meters standard plant were put into use .
In 1996, Peixian Tongda Casting Co., Ltd. was established which is H&G’s former name . One medium frequency was installed into our production, together with the quenching process technical.
In 1989, Liu Bang Casting plant was founded, main products are casting grinding balls and cylpebs .
